Well, alright! Back in the groove now! Yesterday, I ended up taking the Capoeira workout again after my lower-body workout. I still can't believe it! I do need more flexibility and coordination and this class will give it to me. Maybe I can do it twice a week? This time, I took the abs class that follows it instead doing my planned ab work - oh, did I get an ab workout! Those abs, they're in there! I can't see them yet, but I can sure feel them! I ate really well yesterday and also drank most of my water. I probably could still drink a lot more, though. I sure do need to do a lot of stretching today ...
