After today, I'm finished loading on this damn creatine! Yay! I've also decided to only take Myoplex twice on days I work out and once on my aerobic days. It's too thick, and it tastes very bland. I'm still slacking off with writing my meals down. Anyway, I'm off to my lower-body workout! The stretching yesterday helped to completely erase the soreness I felt from the last lower-body workout, so I'll be okay.
