It's another upper-body workout day. Today, I think I'm going to try the bench press for my chest. Yup, just the bar!!! Had a great aerobics day yesterday and pushed my intensity level, too! Had a really great stretch - all my soreness seemed to disappear. I can most definitely feel new muscle mass; I just wish I was losing fat as fast as I'm gaining muscle. It makes me feel like I'm eating too much, but I need to eat to maintain my energy level. I'm eating very well (yeah, TOO well *grin*)! Maybe it's time for another supplement ...
