Yesterday, I discovered the stretch machine! Oh, it felt so good to stretch! Finally! I'm going to stretch after every aerobic exercise. I've also been working the LifeStep! Yesterday, by mistake, I was stepping in the wrong direction, but it seem to work different parts of my legs! I had to hold on, though, but I'm going to do that at the beginning of my aerobic workout. I'm wondering if it's time to push myself harder, it's been almost two weeks and I feel really great. I just don't want to hurt myself.
