Week Four

It's the first day of Week 4. We're gonna make it! This week, I'm getting back on track with eating, drinking my water, and keeping good notes. I'm also noticing my fat intake and trying to stay below 40 grams of fat a day. So far, going to the gym has been the easy part! My body can be the best that it can be! Let's do this ...
