When I told Darrell (one of my best friends) that I wish I was losing fat as fast as I'm gaining muscle, he said "You didn't gain it overnight!" He sure is right - I did not gain this weight overnight, so I can't expect to lose it overnight. However, I think I am going to start taking EAS' BetaLean supplement (with HMB) so I can maximize my fat burning potential. I can wait to do my prone leg curls today - it's one of my favorite exercises! My legs have always been some of my favorite parts - if I could lose the fat around my thighs and booty, they would really look magnificent! That's going to be hard - and they didn't get that way overnight! *LOL!* This weekend, I'm going to reflect heavily on my progress during my first four weeks and plan for the next four weeks.
