I know, I haven't been posting much lately, but I've been busy working. Trying to secure my future - hell, trying to survive my present! So, I've been busy, looking grizzly, but yesterday I took some time out to hang with my cuzzin Al as he attended his first Macworld Expo. We did that for a hot minute and then went downtown to see Apple's shiny new SoHo store. Looks like Banana Republic without all the clothes racks. And I don't know about that dangerous-looking glass staircase. Anyway, I was really glad to see a sister behind the Genius Bar.
I simply MUST have a DV camcorder now! I LOVE iMovie! I'd never really used it before and making that clip was so easy!
Cute. Really cute.. and I’m talkin about Al the iMovie. I know you were in heaven for the hot minute you were there. I must confess that I have a Mini DV Camcorder. I even have a firewire port on my PC. But the process of making a simple clip takes me nearly an hour with my current software. THIS would be why I would buy a Mac. Nothing more LOL!
The two of you were just too cute. I’m resisting the pull of a mini DV camera, because I have a feeling it’ll cause me to have all of these artsy pretensions, and that’s just something that doesn’t need to be unleashed on the world.

i love iMovie. my bro has an XL1 and i had to teach him how to use iMovie. i learned as we went along. it was easy and its fun. i mean sure you can do a lot more w/final cut pro, but hey iMovie comes with your Mac for free.
