This has been a really cool summer! I broke out of my shell a little more, hung out a bit more and even tried my hands at an attempt at romance (yes, it's over). It's been all good; I learned a little bit more about what I want and what I have to offer.
Last Thursday at Day-O, we celebrated the belated birthdays of Bernard and Javier. I wasn't really feeling pretty enough to be up in there, but I went anyway. I didn't want to let my friends down.

our regular den of iniquity; Mike, our host for the evening, takes Bernard's order. Like Harmonica would say, "Mmmmmmm ..."

Gee Javier, is that an Apple Martini?; me & good buddy Philippe

Eddie & Bernard ("Mmmmmmm ..."); Javier's friend Lanaya

Maybe the fall will help ground me a bit more - I'm going to be quite busy. I'm ramping up my business, too, so look out for the rest of this site to finally appear. And I have some other projects that I'm excited about. I wish I could get excited about working out, too ... but in time.

also stay tuned for mtmorris.com; Vincent Falls waters those beautiful flowers along Lenox Avenue; Mount Morris Park Community Improvement Association board member Jeanette Boyd & Andrea enjoy 119th Street's Annual Family Day
Saturday, good buddy Steven G. Fullwood celebrated the launched of his new Anzidesigned site, so I had to show my face. We had a great time ... and thank goodness I didn't have to give any demonstrations! *LOL!* Once I'm ready to launch, I may give one myself. I'm definitely going to have one for mtmorris.com ...

on the way: drumming in Marcus Garvey Park

all this beauty must be a sin: Miss N enchants while Alex serves face; Mike, Patrick and Richard hang tough

good buddies Kevin & Rod. A historian and a photographer - just imagine the possibilities!; Steven, my brother-in-arms

Terry & James Jefferson; photographer Stuart van de Zee & playwright David Brooks

kitchen congregation: fashion designer Rumi, mmmmmMingus and painter (and Club Shelter member) Shuji wine and dine; cherished poet and Trini gyal Cheryl Boyce Taylor & Leor

Damn baby. I am really, really loving the pix of late.
Can’t wait to see the fabulousness that will be MtMorris.com (esp. since it’s way past due).
Can I just say that your pics has transitioned your space into e-Jet? HA! I’m LOVING it! See you and Bernard at the DIC this weekend…
Dayam… why didn’t you tell me my face was looking fat?? hahahahahahaha. Love the updates… oh, by the way… that’s Javier not Xavier.
Man I miss all the parties. I missed Steven’s b/c my friend who is moving to London, last minute guil tripped me into something. And then Keith’s b/c I was out of town. I need to get with it, yo.
