The only reason I'm adapting so well to this new schedule is sleep. For the past two weeks, I've been letting my body get all the sleep it wants. It's adjusting not only to the time of it, but also to changing eating patterns. Thing is this: it's beginning to feel like I'm not doing much else besides going to work and coming home to sleep. I'm not as out-of-shape as I'd like to believe (it's convenient to believe the worst) but I do need more energy. Good thing Niki and I have something up our sleeves!
