me: ... yeah, then you put that there ...
customer: ... oh, great! It's feels really sturdy.
me: But that looks kinda loose, though. This one fits larger sizes, too, so let's try one of the inserts.
customer: That's why I figure I'd let an expert help me, while I'm here.
me: Try the small or medium one. If it's too big, we can take it out and try another.
customer: *inserts the medium-sized one and snaps it shut* Perfect! And what's this?
me: It helps keep your laptop cool.
customer: Yeah, it gets pretty hot in my lap ... oh, it swivels!
me: Yes, it certainly does ...
