Art For Harmonica

| | Comments (0) | TrackBacks (0)

To concentrate on her healing, The Queen of Comedy Harmonica Sunbeam has gone on hiatus from her legendary stint as the hostess of Escuelita’s Sunday Tea Dance. She also has a blog, so you can comment and leave your best wishes.

Update: Harmonica’s blog is now her entire site.

I would like to sell some art to fund a very specific need she has. I’m offering 11x14 digital c-prints for $50 to the first 10 people who respond. You may choose from any of my photos. If you are interested, e-mail me with a link to the photo you’d like printed. I’ll reply with a confirmation that will include a link to my PayPal account. I’d like to get the prints done all at once, so please respond as soon as possible.

South Park on YouTube

I’ve seen the infamous Trapped In The Closet episode in its entirety and clips from last week’s Chef’s Return. (Also, MSNBC interviews the author of Rolling Stone’s recent article on Scientology.) Other celebrities (like Paris Hilton and Jennifer Lopez) and religions (like Mormonism) get roasted as well. As you can see, YouTube has become my television!

First Person Shooter - in your browser

Rasterwerks presents the long-awaited beta of its Flash/Shockwave/Director-based first-person shooter and, once again, I am addicted to blood. I’ve gotten so good at headshots with the sniper rifle - like Dick Cheney! Okay, therapy, here I come …

Gmail

Leave it to Google to make the best free webmail on the planet. Like its mainstay search engine, Gmail looks stripped down on the surface, but beneath that simplicity lies a really smart and easy-to-use interface. And the new chat function lets you send instant messages without leaving your browser - very sweet! Don’t already have an account to the invite-only service? Well, leave a comment and I’ll see what I can do …

This is the first track I’ll be moving to when I get back to whatever exercise regimen I choose sometime within the next couple of weeks.
